As a courtesy to other guests we ask that you provide 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel within less than 48 hours notice you will be subject to 100% of the treatment cost or offered to reschedule your appointment. We do understand that sometimes under some circumstances that cannot always be helped and we will work alongside you to come to the most appropriate solution.
